This 47 3/4" Countertop Charbroiler (XX-8) is a part of the XX Series by Bakers Pride and is designed for heavy duty charcoal style broiling without the use of coal or ceramic stones. The exceptionally low profile design is only 13 1/4" from the bottom to the broiling surface, making it ideal for use on refrigerated cabinets. The 42" wide by 24" deep broiling surface provides the largest broiling area and production capacity in its class. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel with a unique air blanket for ventilation and cooler outer-temperatures which will help prevent injuries that occur while cooking. Four independently controlled burners allow you to cook only what you want at the temperature you want. Features: Stainless steel exterior finish, Cast iron adjustable top grates, Stainless steel radiant heat deflectors, 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and pressure regulator.
