The 24 Pan Gas Combination Oven/Proofer (JAOP6G) from Doyon is a unique option for achieving stellar baking results each and every time. Bakeries and restaurants will find the JAOP6G to be useful, as the unit features Doyon’s patented Jet Air System. The system works by moving air in one direction for 2-1/2 minutes, stopping for 25 seconds, then moving air the other direction for 2-1/2 minutes. The air circulation allows products to bake more evenly than in competitor’s units. The JAOP6G runs on gas and has a ½" inlet. The oven can hold 6 standard sheet pans (18" x 26") while the proofer can hold 18 pans of the same size. Doyon’s 24 Pan Gas Combination Oven/Proofer is versatile enough to work in many commercial foodservice establishments.
